Heart Eyes Lookmovie is undeniably ridiculous, but it knows it and embraces it, making for an amusing journey. The general concept and structure are greatly influenced by Scream, which is well combined with the romcom genre. It follows the 'Heart Eyes' killer as he targets a couple for murder on Valentine's Day following their previous romantic encounter. As a tale, I believe it works quite well. Its separate elements aren't particularly distinctive, but when combined, they create a pretty unique and amusing plot.
